‘Membit’ co-developer gives Topekans a chance to be among the first to use app
Topekan Rick LeJuerrne points his iPhone toward a row of buildings in the 700 block of S. Kansas Avenue and uses the Membit cell phone application – which has yet to be made available publicly – to see the view that a person standing in the exact same spot would have seen in the 1930s.
